Touhou Station Overseas Special Correspondent Application Form

Touhou Station is recruiting Touhou fans from overseas to participate in its on-location reporting at the upcoming Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai on May 7th!

Tell us in detail why you want to go to Reitaisai and what you’d like to do there.

Touhou Station will perform a careful evaluation based on the text provided by applicants.

 

<Points of Notice>

Please be sure to read the following information carefully and agree before submitting your application.

Otherwise, your application may be considered null.

  • Only those living outside of Japan and bearing non-Japanese citizenship may apply.
  • Touhou Station will cover the costs for the trip from your country’s airport to one in Japan, as well as your return flight. Your tickets will be for economy class.
  • You will have to cover the costs for your lodging, in-country transportation fees, and purchase of any items from the event itself.
  • You will also have to perform the actual booking of your lodgings yourself. (We’ll provide some assistance if needed.)
  • You will require a guardian to accompany you if you’re under the age of 18. We will not cover the cost of your guardian’s plane tickets.
  • You must allow our staff to accompany you with a camera from when you arrive in Japan through the day Reitaisai is held and until your return flight leaving Japan.
    • (It will be possible to extend the number of days in your stay based on your own plans.)
